Money Finders, Inc. is focused on creating a solution that may bring together a private investor with an entrepreneur or organizing consulting services that result in a viable and profitable business venture.  We work with each opportunity in a systematic manner, researching, analyzing and measuring every activity, knowing that any given project might develop into the next  Microsoft™ or Kodak™.

Company Profile

Money Finders, Inc. was founded in 2003 as a Michigan corporation to officially govern the consolidated activities of of its founding Advisory Board with experience dating back to 1974.    Supporting the Advisory Board are individuals (Associates) with experience in most every conceivable market segment with the desire to leverage their private and professional networks toward the union of private investors and entrepreneurial projects.   All finders are registered as investment advisers acting solely as "finders" in the State of Michigan pursuant to the Michigan Uniform Securities Act, as amended.  

Past success of money finding activities have been very good and probably  attributed to the positive  state of the economy through 1990's as private investors seemed to jump at every opportunity to make an easy buck; and an easy buck it was.  Today, post millennium investment levels has seen a sharp fall as investors of dot.com opportunities experienced a sharp down trend where millions of dollars were lost.   This, followed by the effect of  9/11,  has caused investors to become very selective in how and what they invest in.   As a result, money finding has become increasingly difficult forcing strategies for both the investor and the entrepreneur to change.

Money Finders, Inc. has responded to the gauntlet of challenges with new strategies for both the investor and entrepreneur.  For the investor, greater detail is being provided in the business plan to define the opportunity in greater detail, including:

•  more extensive information concerning competition

•  detailed marketing strategies

•  proforma statements

For the entrepreneur, a longer finders cycle with more involvement in project definition has resulted in:

•  a team approach to investment finding to widen the field of investors

•  more active participation in the development of the business plan

•  expanded services including financial and legal counseling

To succeed in today's money finding and investment funding challenges, Money Finders, Inc. continues to apply new strategies and techniques that bring the best opportunity to the investor and to represent the entrepreneur in the most effective manner.  It is this approach that keeps the entrepreneurs busy submitting projects and the private investor happy with the return on their investments.
